Information requested and/or shared via SMS/text is directly related to the fulfillment of an order for customer services purposes only.   Text and/or email communication with the customer is only permitted as it pertains to the fulfillment of an order.

What Personal Information is collected about you

“Personal Information” is information that individually identifies you, such as your mobile phone number, as well as the any personal information that you choose to include in messages you send via SMS/text communication.

Through SMS messaging, ARCHWAY MEDICAL GROUP, LLC will keep an internal record of any comments or feedback that is sent to or back to us. This information is kept private and will never be sold to a third party. 

How ARCHWAY MEDICAL GROUP, LLC uses Personal Information about you

AMG uses personal information to:

(a) provide you with the product ordered,

(b) process and respond to inquiries,

(c) contact you with important information regarding your order.

Disclosure of your information

AMG will never rent or sell your personal Information to other companies or individuals.  We may use or disclose such information in any of the following limited circumstances:

• To assist delivery service with accurate address details for ordered product.
• If authorized by you, to secure requested extension authorization
• We provide such information to trusted businesses or persons for the sole purpose of processing the order. When this is done, it is subject to agreements that oblige those parties to process such information only on our instructions and in compliance with this Policy and appropriate confidentiality and security measures.  If the third party fails to comply with our terms, AMG is not accountable in any way for any liability or reimbursement.
• As related to the fulfillment of your order, AMG may provide such information to third parties who have entered into non-disclosure agreements with us
• We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights, or the legal rights of others, or defend against legal claims.
• We believe it is necessary to share Personal Information to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of AMG’S Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law.
• We transfer Personal Information about your order if AMG is, or its assets are, acquired by or merged with another company.

We may share aggregated information with others without further notice. An example of this would be the number of customer orders fulfilled in a given period of time, or the total number of texts sent in a given week.

Security

ARCHWAY MEDICAL GROUP takes precautions to ensure the security of your personal information.  AMG is committed to working only with third parties that adhere to compliance data protection agreements.   AMG will implement regular assessments to ensure that inner company and third parties are in compliance with mandated SMS privacy guidelines.  Third party affiliations will be terminated if privacy protection agreements are not followed.  The privacy of your personal information is paramount. 

AMG cannot protect, nor does this Policy apply to, any information that you transmit to other users. You should never transmit personal or identifying information to other users.

Opting In

A mobile user might Opt-in by:

• Emailing a request to info@archwaymedicalgroup.com,
• Filling out a form that includes your phone number,
• Signing up at a point-of-sale location.

Opt in information is never shared with third parties.

A customer can always discontinue SMS communication by texting STOP or CANCEL.

Opting Out

ARCHWAY MEDICAL GROUP’s SMS provider gives you the ability to opt out of the Service for any reason. You can opt out by texting STOP or CANCEL to 410-401-9963 OR 478-333-4226 or by emailing STOP or CANCEL to info@archwaymedicalgroup.com

At any time, a customer can opt-out of text or email communication by texting STOP.   If assistance is required at any time, a customer can text the word HELP for a customer service representative to promptly respond. 

AMG reserves the right to send you certain information relating to your order, such as announcements of the arrival of an order or return instructions without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them.

Customer information gathered is never shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes, this includes mobile opt-in and consent; Opt-out and Customer Service dialogue.  Opt-in, Opt-out and Customer Service information is never shared with third parties for any purpose.

Age Requirement

The Service is not intended for persons under 18 years of age, and ARCHWAY MEDICAL GROUP, LLC does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 18.

Persons aged 17 or under should not be communicating with Archway Medical Group, LLC via SMS messaging.   By engaging in SMS communication with AMG, you are representing that you are at least 18 years of age.
