Use of the ARCHWAY MEDICAL GROUP, LLC text message-based services is subject to the following Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legal agreement (the “Agreement”). Please read carefully.

1. ARCHWAY MEDICAL GROUP, LLC will allow several different opportunities to opt-in to use the SMS communication feature.   A customer can request to begin SMS communication in person, by phone, email, or text.  Please call 410-401-9963 OR 478-333-4226 to speak with a customer service representative.   You can Opt-in to texting services by texting JOIN or START to 410-401-9963 OR 478-333-4226.   You can always cancel SMS communication at any time by texting STOP or CANCEL.  Opt in information is never shared with a third party.
2. You can cancel SMS communication at any time. Just text STOP or CANCEL to 410-401-9963 or 478-333-4226. After you send the SMS message STOP or CANCEL to us, we will send you a reply SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just type JOIN or HELP and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text HELP to 410-401-9963 or 478-333-4226. After you send the SMS message HELP to us, we will respond with a direct phjone call or with instructions on how to get in touch with our customer service team as well as how to unsubscribe.
4. We can deliver messages to the majority of mobile phone carriers. A list is available upon request via email at info@archwaymedicalgroup.com. This list is constantly in flux as mobile providers regularly enter and leave the market.
5. Frequency of SMS Messaging averages 1 per month annually.
6. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you, and ARCHWAY MEDICAL GROUP LLC is not liable for the cost of any such messages. You may receive recurring messages as related to your delivery. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. For all questions about the Service provided by this short code, you can send an email to info@archwaymedicalgroup.com.  
7. You understand that anyone with access to your mobile phone may be able to view the text messages that you receive and/or send, and you agree that ARCHWAY MEDICAL GROUP will not be liable to you if this occurs.
8. You understand that you are not required to consent to receive any other services from ARCHWAY MEDICAL GROUP, LLC.
9. By agreeing to these Terms of Service and providing us with your mobile phone number when you opt-in to SMS communication with AMG, you authorize AMG to contact you by text message at your mobile phone number in person, or by using other computer assisted technology, as applicable.
10. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read the AMG SMS Privacy Policy.  All information shared via SMS/text communication is private and is never sold to third-party agencies or used for marketing purposes.

By engaging in communication with AMG via SMS/text messaging, the customer agrees to the AMG SMS Terms of Service Policy as is written.  AMG reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or change its SMS Terms of Service policy at any time with or without prior notice to you. The date of the last update will be posted at the top of the policy for your convenience and the most recent version can be found at: https://archwaymedicalgroup.com/SMSTermsofService

This policy and any changes are effective as soon as posted. Your continued use of SMS texting following the posting of any changes to the SMS Terms of Service Policy constitutes your full acceptance of those changes.
